Windows by Barbara was created in 1985 by Barbara and Dennis Ingrao. After working in home decorating and operating a retail space for 13 years, Barbara decided to shift her focus to window coverings, upholstery, and custom bedspreads - three specific areas that truly transform a living space into a home.

 

Soon after starting Windows by Barbara, Barbara opened her business to commercial customers in the Inland Empire area, as she saw the need to change bland office spaces into welcoming, customer-friendly businesses.

 

Windows by Barbara has operated for over 25 years and continues to grow and thrive due to Barbara's meticulous and professional attention to detail, as well as her innovative design ideas.
